Class Descriptions

**Small Group Training

Strength training in a fun and energetic small group setting. Use of kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and HIIT cardio to get an excellent full body workout. Gain the confidence to perform new exercises safely and while using proper form.

This class combines sets of repetitive weight and resistance movement with balance techniques and light cardio to increase muscle tone, overall strength and endurance. All fitness levels welcome, moves can be modified.
