- Workout #1: 45min instruction and workout on Technogym Wellness Equipment with a certified personal trainer. 10 exercises for a full body workout. Review proper set up and form.

Standard Memberships
Includes full use of downstairs locker rooms with key lockers (additional cost), showers, full use of equipment, all group fitness classes, one free pre-set workout with personal trainer.
- $48/month, $48 initiation fee with EFT, ($53 with credit/debit card)
- Second Family membership (partner/significant other): $45/month, $45 initiation fee with EFT ($50 with credit/debit card)
- Youth 12-17 yrs: $43/month, $43 initiation fee with EFT ($48 with credit/debit card)
- Seniors (60+): $45/month, $44 initiation fee with EFT ($50 with credit/debit card)
