ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Teddy was born and raised in the Bitterroot Valley. She discovered her passion for fitness after taking a desk job at the Iron Horse Athletic Club at 17 years old.
In 2015, Teddy started taking clients as a personal trainer at the Iron Horse. During her early years as a trainer she found herself exploring the world of competitive body building. Unfortunately, this lifestyle skewed her outlook on the fitness industry, causing her to step away from her career as a personal trainer.
Years later, Teddy rediscovered her love for fitness. In 2021, she was re-certified as a personal trainer; this time with a much healthier and sustainable approach to health and fitness.
Teddy’s goal as a trainer is to teach a functional and effective way to implement health and fitness into your everyday life. She wants you to experience the many benefits of strength training, build confidence, and reach aesthetic goals while maintaining a healthy mindset.
Teddy specializes in barbell training, strength and physique, as well as, general health and fitness. She offers one on one sessions and small group training for all Ages.

In 2016 I started taking classes at a studio in Arkansas, quickly fell in love with spin and became a regular front row member! I was then trained in studio to become an instructor!
I like to describe my style of spin class as a dance party on a bike to nowhere! We have fun music with a great beat! It’s a full body workout with arms, abs and of course legs. I love cardio so the more sprints and jumps the better!
I brought my style of teaching to the IHAC in 2019 when my husband and I moved here! Join me early mornings at 6am Tuesday and Thursday. Also Saturday mornings at 7:30am starting October 1st.
Movement is medicine, so just get on the bike and move!!!!
