Free Workout Programs
  • Workout #1: 60 minute instruction and workout on Technogym Wellness Equipment with a certified personal trainer. 10 exercises for a full body workout. Review proper set up and form.

  • Nutrition Analysis with Registered Dietitian. Review personal goals and current diet. Receive nutrition packet, meal plan, and tips to help meet your goals.

Includes full use of downstairs locker rooms with key lockers (additional cost), showers, full use of equipment, all group fitness classes, one free pre-set workout with a personal trainer, and nutrition analysis.

Child Care Policy

Parent / Guardian must remain in gym.
1 1/2 hour time limit per day.

  • $5.00 per child / hour
  • $6.00 per child / 1 1/2 hours
  • $35.00 per child / month
  • $50.00 2 children / month
  • $60.00 3 children / month

Daycare Hours

Childcare times and days are dependent on use. Please call the front desk to ask for the monthly schedule.
