Class Descriptions

  • Body Works: This class combines sets of repetitive weight and resistance movement with balance techniques and light cardio to increase muscle tone, overall strength and endurance. All fitness levels welcome, moves can be modified. Instructor: Justen
  • Body Works: Light “bell” weight baring movement based stretch. Instructor: Justen
  • Cardio HIIT: A robust Hi-Lo aerobics style, bringing the body challenges with power jumps and sprint like intervals. A HIIT fat burn and strengthening class. Can be modified for all fitness levels. Instructor: Justen
  • Circuit Cardio: Combination of strength training, endurance, and cardio vascular aerobic work including stations with agility training, kickboxing, body conditioning, and light dumbbell work. Instructor: Justen
  • Senior Fitness: (Silver Sneakers/Silver&Fit). Designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination. Get fit, have fun, and make friends in this safe and effective class designed for older adults. Choreographed dance first Friday of each month. Instructor: Karin
  • Spin/Spin & Sculpt: Experience a full ride of hills, sprints, jumps and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Instructors: Karin, Rebecca
  • Yoga: Focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance. Movement is coordinated with the breath with emphasis on proper body alignment to create an integrated experience, both physically & mentally.. Instructor: Diane
  • Barre: A workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low impact, high repetition movements designed to strengthen your body from head to toe. Instructor: Ashley
  • **Small Group Training: A fun mix of HIIT, Kick Boxing, Circuits, and Bootcamp type workouts. Instructor: Justen **$3 per class or $25 for all. Class runs Sept 12th-Nov 17th.
  • Barre Blast: Feel the burn just like a traditional Barre class, only using more props; resistance bands, balls and hand weights, instead of the barre. This concentrated workout will pack all the elements of Barre (ballet, yoga, Pilates) into 45 minutes and you’ll never leave your mat.
