Class Descriptions

  • Body Works: This class combines sets of repetitive weight and resistance movements with balance techniques and light cardio to increase muscle tone, overall strength and endurance. All fitness levels welcome, moves can be modified. Instructor: Justen
  • Circuit Cardio: Cardio strength training with individual and group stations. Instructor: Justen
  • Senior Fitness: (Silver Sneakers/Silver&Fit). Designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination. Get fit, have fun, and make friends in this safe and effective class designed for older adults. Choreographed dance first Friday of each month. Instructor: Karin
  • Spin/Spin & Sculpt: Experience a full ride of hills, sprints, jumps and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Instructors: Karin, Rebecca
  • Yoga: Focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance. Movement is coordinated with the breath with emphasis on proper body alignment to create an integrated experience, both physically & mentally. Instructor: Diane
  • Pilates: A method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body with systematic practice of specific exercises and focused breathing patterns. Instructor: Heidi
  • Barre: A workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low impact, high repetition movements designed to strengthen your body from head to toe. Instructor: Ashley
